I agree. Chris, you are bound by what code requries. If you have satsfied that requriment thats all you can do. It is up to the mfg. to make a product that will operate under the conditions. But in this case the mfg. did not make a product that would operate under these conditions so now it is up to the owners to find a better unit that will operate.
You mentioned you had 4 chillers and 1 was tripping the GFCI. Are all 4 the same brand and model?
