Default Ever used any 4-1/2" conduit?

When was 4-1/2" conduit, once permitted by the NEC, deleted?

I don't know about 4 1/2 but I put some 5" in a couple years back, that was kind of odd to me.

I've done plenty of 3-1/2", 4" 5" and 6", both PVC and rigid, but I've never heard of 4 1/2".

I have to wonder if this is an actual trade size, or just the outside diameter. If it were a trade size, I guess it'd be somewhere around 5" OD.
