Default Fan box catherdal ceiling

Any solutions on how to get a fan box centered to the center point of a catherdal ceiling which has 4 roof angles to the center point without squaring off the ceiling up top.
Should I just use a fan box with long number 12 screws and the hell with it.

If all 4corners peak the fan canopy will hide the surface mounted fan box easily. Without a flat spot the canopy will not seat flush.

ask for a 6" flat surface and it will work, you'll never see it. I run into this all the time. The previous picture ot the vaulted box is an Arlington product.
