Default FMC Bonding jumper

First time I have ran into this. I'm changing a commercial panel with a couple pieces of pipe coming from the top, one conduit is giving me an issue. Its 1 1/4 aluminum rigid. I want to use some greenfield to make the transition to the new panel easier. I know I have to use a bonding jumper based on 250.166 and It's for a 100 amp panel. I know what size and how long it can be, I'm not sure as to teh method to accomplish this. Do i just get a ground clamp that goes up to 1 1/4 and run the jumper on the outside of the greenfield?

Can you do something creative with a few condolets? Ask your inspector what he would accept.

Theres really no access above the panel. I removed about a 1 foot piece and was just going to use flex to get to the panel. I'm just not sure what to use to attach the bonding jumper to the existing 1 1/4 pipe.
