Default Need NFPA 25 Assistance

I need the verbiage on who can repair a fire sprinkler system component.

I see that the NFPA 72, National Fire Code, states only trained and certified personnel can test & maintain fire ALARM systems.

A building where I work has a water pressure gauge that needs replacing. My maintenance department knows how to work on the sprinkler system, but is no one is certified nor had official training.

I'm wondering if the NFPA 25, Standard For Inspection, Testing , and Maintenance of Water-Based Fire Protection Systems, states the same requirement for personnel.

If so, can I get the actual quote form the "book" with the paragraph number? I'd like to have it on record.
