Default Best lighting for lighting up the user in front of computer for video conferencing?

Anyone here have experience setting up something like that? I'm looking for a setup for illuminating the user in front of a computer to provide good image for video conference purpose without creating discomforting glare to the user.

What do kind of setup do they use to light up the anchor in studios? Would something similar be too discomforting to the user?
