Default Lincoln SA800 DC welder

Hi All,

I am currently working on this old model Lincoln SA800 DC WELDER, welder running fine but i am not getting any output voltage. I repaired a view of the same type but they had minor wiring failures, welded contactor contacts etc but this one here has only 2vdc currently output. Supply power 415v 3 phase is healthy, control ac & dc fuses are ok, brushes seems to be fine. Called Lincoln service team and they have no idea of it and details of it is not in their system.(obslete)
Request for anyone who has ever worked on this equipment to please help me solve this fault, or help with any circuit or wiring diagram made available so that i can trace the fault.
I got the operation manual but it does not says much regarding fault diagnositics or provides any wiring diagram

Thks,
Cheers.
