Default Split bolts as taps off a GEC

I installed (2) two hundred amp panels side by side my feds were a seperate set of 3/0 copper to each. I ran a 1/0 copper GEC. My question is Can I use split bolts to tap off my main GEC to go to each panel?

Yes, take a look at 250.64(D). You must make the tap so that the common GEC remains without a splice or joint.
