At the main I am getting 244 coming out going to the unit but when I go inside I am looseing a leg.I tighten all the lugs.

sounds like a bad main breaker or a loose connection at main

What causes this. All the 240 breakers are looseing pwr. on one one side I am getting 124 from side to ground and on the other side I am just getting 102 , and when I check voltage on the breaker I only get 20 v. Help anybody!!! please help me When I say all I mean all my stove ,heat, dryer ,waterheater too.
