Last night I applied for some jobs in Alberta. One was for a company that makes factory built homes. Kind of interesting, considering all the electrical work is done in a factory. Hopefully I'll hear back from one of them. Private college trades programs are really expensive. But then again, for the time it takes to get into a government funded program I should have my loan paid. Some other colleges I checked out had 3 year waiting lists for the electrical program. Way too long.

I heard there's still a fair bit of work around Canada even though the US has been hit pretty hard. I think it's their own fault down there, haha. Do you wear a tool belt. If so, which one would you recommend that I use? I had one with a few pockets in it, but I'd like to carry my meter around in it as well. Have a good day.

I must have put that last message in by mistake. Somehow the thought of doing hard labor for a long time doesn't appeal to me. A lot of people here seem like they discourage new people from entering the field. I just want to decent electrical work and not break my back over it. How are things with you?
