Please post things like this to the message board. To put it in a visitor message to yourself is pointless unless someone goes to your profile.

I should have given more info. This is outside like a big mechanical room at a hospital. I think the temp equipment is a chiller. It is mounted on a semi trailer. The wiring goes across a driveway actually, but there won`t be any vehicle traffic on it, just people walking by. It just looks dangerous to be walking around this wire.
