About 20 years ago. I'm now an electrical engineer and I'll tell you that your line of work is much easier. I apologize for the wording of the question but if you were to give it some thought you would have realized that most electricians probably haven't even considered it before. So instead of being rude stop and consider what is being asked since I doubt you understand the question let-alone being able to answer it.
