withdrawn your charge. THINK. If this is Small Claims Court, call them back, and ask to speak to the head court clerk, as then to send any paper work you would need to file, so as to not waste the court time.

And if it is Small Claims Court, did you get a book, that explains how this
court functions.

The only thing I can think of, is this guy counter suing you.
