I actually found my Avatar on a free avatar site on-line. It is a motion GIF file. Some forums don't support motion GIF files so sometimes it won't work.

The problem with that video is that the real hazard was not following NFPA 70E and placing the panel in an electrically safe work condition and also not wearing the proper PPE for the job. The video spent way to much time dealing with not tagging out the bad breaker and not the fact that the procedure for replacing the breaker was not done in accordance with NFPA 70E.
