His comment above doesn't come across that way to me.

But I guess I should be careful not to jump to conclusions ... OP seems to get triggered fairly easily

@NSC I just got my spring ESA newsletter https://www.esasafe.com/assets/files...ng19-Final.pdf and at the bottom of page two there is an LEC that got a fine of $10,000 for supplying permits to an unlicensed contractor; I was wondering if that was you?

Cali always sends out a newsletter and in the back of it is the contractors that were suspended or fined. It lists their name and everything.

I always look to see if anyone I know is in it! (I'm waiting to see me)
