I'm not a house basher which is lucky cause I can only usually get 1 arm and my head inside the little man holes. Our clothing sizes don't go up into getting wider until after 5XL until then its just a regular proportioned. A 3XL t-shirt here is about an XL in the states, my old man ordered some T shirts online without checking actual measurements and they were wider than they were tall!

We use Red Kap too they are good quality they are navy blue so the fade after awhile, but they are nice. The pants shrink though and fade way worse than the shirts.

I've ordered embroidered shirts from www.cdemb.com. They have a good selection and IMO they appear to be reasonable priced.
