Default OSHA reporting Q

Oh boy, I must not be doing something right.

I got an email, from a vendor I wish to do work with.

"Please provide any OSHA hours that you report,

Once I have the OSHA data (if you have it), I will work with supply to contact you. "

I told him in an earlier email, that we have had 0 work place injuries in 12 yrs, but didn't know how to go about proving it.

Any clue what they're asking for, in terms of reporting OSHA hours?

I believe that smaller employers -is it 10 employees? 25? - are not required to make tose reports.

Maybe not to OSHA, but a customer can certainly require it.
