I did a search on several engines and couldn't find anything.
Could not find an obit. Also odd he died on the 5th and funeral/wake was on the 6th.

I guess that makes me odd too. I told my wife if I go 1st, cremate me and then after it's done she can let my siblings and the few friends I have know I've departed. If I go last, I want to go out like Bob, quietly.

I am not sure but it seems like there was another business called LiPetri Electric in Bohemia. Not sure if that is a corporate umbrella for 4 way electric or is it family.

His last post was at 03-14-2014, 11:56 ET before that he was posting every day.

I sent him a few PM's asking if he was okay, he said he was really busy working.

I sent him another asking the same he answered back the same on 04-10-2014 08:10 PM he did not log in again after that time, so it may be that he knew something was wrong at that point and did not want to tell anyone.

A one man shop for close to forty years. That's astonishing.

Real sad, Hopefully he didn't suffer much. I enjoyed B4t's shenanigans quite a bit.

There's a real odd feeling that comes when you find out someone has died a while back and you never knew about it. My dad's best friend was a real transient guy, and the older he got the harder it became to keep in touch with him. Just this year, my dad found out his buddy had died 3 years ago in a state of poverty in some small town. I think the fact that he never knew until long after really bothered him.

Now that we know we've got a couple of ace detectives on this site, will anybody be able to track down the legendary Romex Racer?

Very sad to hear this news. B4T had his heart in the right place whenever he debated someone on here. He was a sincere, good man and managed to keep a business afloat for over 30 years. I never met him personally but he did help me when I first went out on my own in the EC biz.

Rest in peace, Bob.
