I didn't know that. I've just never been into potatoes and my wife loves them so we settled on alternates.

Never really had potatoes growing up. More squash, turnips, and rutabagas from both sides of the family.

Tonight the wife really out did herself. She made bun-less bacon swiss burgers (from freshly ground beef) with a Jim Beam Honey bourbon glaze, OMG good!
