Enjoy your new crib.
I hear there's a new public infrastructure project coming up in that area. It should be good for the local economy!

Oh no, you misunderstand. I'm just visiting. It's a big deal, I'm a bit of a backwoods savage. Never more than a tank of gas from home type. But I'll send pictures. I do need help. I need to install some Sq D surge protectors in their panels and I need the local SH for Sq D. I'm just west of Austin, anybody?

Thanks, I do business with Graybar. Grainger doesn't stock what I need and I won't be here long enough to ship in parts.
