I just took a 6-day vacation to California and Mexico. Stayed on the beach in Baja California just north of Ensenada for 4 days. It was a blast but waaaaay too short. Sure, planes fall out of the sky sometimes, but it's hard to argue with traveling 3000 miles in 6 hours going west and 5 hours going east.
