It's a tv inside a recessed box and the art work is separate lots of precise measurements

That is alot of work to be done like that and I did not expecting a idea about the artwork frame around the tv itself .,,

I don't get it. The tv can display any raggedy-a$$ed picture you wanted to have as a screen saver, and you can even set it to your mood. the cover art, IMO, is pointless to the extreme.

When you have the folks from the club over for afternoon tea nobody wants to see an unsightly tv sitting there collecting dust.

I guess it's so that you don't have to leave the TV on all the time and it doesn't light up the room at night.

There is a temp sensor and fan unit in the recessed box, I don't care for the art work either but it's what the client wanted. "To discourage the children from gazing at a tv all the time" I didn't do the frame work it was designed that way we just put in the box, tv and hung the frame and make it all automate
