I'm gonna play more pool, and lay out more in the pool.

Also, I want to work on burping like this guy and seeing animals reactions:

" Brian" you better get to Churchill before all the Polar Bears are gone.

Me,
Try to get to the cabin
Catch up on yard work, that's every year
More quality time with family
Continue doing my job well.

Tim.

We have a little one due this month, so I plan on figuring out ways to get out of diaper doody, although I have been very unsuccessful at it with the first three.

Maybe I need to go to Churchill Manitoba too?

Get my colonoscopy over with.

Pretty much the same as last year, with one possible major exception.......

I live alone in a 3400 sq. ft. house I built myself 21 years ago. It's 2 story, 5 bedroom 4 bath with a 1700 sq.ft. garage.

There are a couple of rooms I haven't been in in over a year.......lol.

I'm seriously considering building an 'in-laws quarters'. This is a small house on the same lot (10 acres) that is 800 sq.ft or less.

I figured I could live in the small house and rent the big one.......extra $$$!

Yes, I would be pretty picky about who I would rent to but I already have more than one prospect in mind.

At my age (62), building even a small house while working full-time could be somewhat of a trick..........lol.

Have a few ET building parties, member could come and help out for pizza and beer!

After all, your probably somewhere between a 4-5 hour drive, that is almost Cali commute time!

wildleg 12-08-2018 07:04 AM

dang, that's a lot of air conditioning for vacant space.

Lol......no kidding!

In the summer, I move to the spare bedroom downstairs and let the upstairs stay hot. It saves a ton on A/C........

I'm planning to use mini-splits in the small house rather than a central system.

wildleg 12-08-2018 12:45 PM

upstairs ? did I hear you right ? how many houses in Fernley have an upstairs ?

is it possible to dig down thru the caliche and put in a house with a basement ? might be better !

drsparky 12-08-2018 01:55 PM
