Default Why didn't I think of this earlier?

I bought two extra identical remote controls. Now have one for the couch, one for the recliner and one one at the bar. Now I never have to look for the remote and can sit anywhere and be still be the in command of the TV.

so you think.

I bought 3 spare pairs of eye glasses. One for the recliner, one for my truck, and one for my office, besides the ones on my head.

I'll be damned if I can find any of the first 3 anymore.

You didn't need to do this at all. All you need is the CIA spy Alexa. "ALEXA... What's showing on Surfline right now? Kelly Slater? Hell yeah, turn on the Kelly Slater Alexa" ........

Done.

At least I think you can do that.... I don't know, I don't have me no Alexa in my place.............. Works for radio's in my customer's houses.

This is a great idea. It's the type of thing that I have been doing for the past 5+ years as my laziness grows and grows. I constantly try to find ways to do things to make life easier, or remove extra steps.

When I was a kid I used to sleep on top of my comforter so that I didn't have to make my bed in the morning. I was a lazy bum then too. But then I had a solid 15 years of super ambitiousness which allowed me to go full circle back to being a lazy bum, and proud of it.

Similarly, I have a pair of safety glasses hanging next to each tool in my garage.

Don't know who your cable provider is, but CommieCast has a guide / remote control app for Android and iOS.

You obviously don’t have kids and a wife. I could have 100 remotes and they would all always be either missing batteries or just plane missing period.
