Post Attachment Upload Errors

I seem to be having trouble uploading photos to posts. I go into manage attachments and select the .jpg file from my computer that I want to upload, then when I click upload, it comes back saying upload failed. I used to be able to do this, what gives?

It probably has to do with the limit on size. For a jpeg it is 9.5mb and 620x 620

Well I tried some files that should have worked and they didn't.

I always use shutterfly or photobucket and post the url from there. That is neer an issue

Dang it!

Now I have to research more to find out if it is a Windows 10 or a Chrome issue.

I have moved the image issues some of us are having to a thread dedicated to the topic. I need more information to get to the bottom of this issue.

If you are not able to attach images right now (by uploading to the site) please let me know what device you are using, which operating system, and which browser, please.

I am getting the error message. I tested from my desktop, Windows 10 (fully updated) and Chrome. I also tested in Edge and Firefox.

Upload Errors

If you ARE able to upload images, I need the same information, please.

Just in case, testing the tiny flag image after clearing cache.

Made in USA.JPG:
File system directory is not writable.
