Default Problems making a thread or commenting using a PC

I can not start a thread using a PC. The window opens up but I can not type anything in the box.
I can not reply to existing threads either.
Same problem if I try and respond to a private message.
Works fine if I use my phone.

I just closed the site and then signed back in and now it is working.
