This all sounds very similar to a call I recieved last week. It wouldn't happen to be for a company called USA Services, would it? For some jacuzzi circuits?

I would ask them to let me know who did the work when it was done, and if they were happy with the work. If the answer is yes, I will sub that person out while I'm sitting at home counting my money!
