You are corrrct. Leviton called them high current gfcis but has discontinued them. They worked good for three phase fountain pumps.

Actually, that blank face looks like a Chinese knock off of a Chinese knock off. I don't know if it's worth forty two cents. 99 cents would be overpaying .
