I'm moving from installation to service working directly with the wizz kid owner and another guy. The company has aggressive growth plans in place and I'm setting myself up to capitalize on those plans. 6 Weeks in I had a review and received a bonus.

Side note, any Boston area people in the A/V industry looking to join a young and growing company? Installations, technology management, programmers etc. Crestron and Control 4 experience? Message me.
Good for you man!
