I don't know that you have to meet any certain standards to be a member. You state that you are an "electricians helper" in your profile.

That being the case, don't expect many members here to offer you advice on how to perform electrical work or how to price side jobs.

Feel free to ask questions but not DIY questions. There is a sister site just for that.

1) Must be able to keep up with Piperunner when bending conduit.

2) Must be able to spell at least as good as Harry

3) Must have more theory knowledge than Jreaf.

4) Must be more understandable than Chicken Steve.

5) Must not work in Landscaping

6) Must have more NEC code knowledge than BBQ

If you answered yes to 3 out of the 6 questions you qualified.

Don't be offended. If, from the phrasing of your question, it is clear to the membership at large that you're in over your head, that fact will be made known to you in any of a number of ways. Some of them quite creative and entertaining, and some more mundane.
