Default Colorblind ibew 11

I got an 84 on my interview for ibew local 11 but i wont pass the color blind test the one with the circles and mixed in colors. Can i still get in or does it disqualify me?

That test specifically dials in on whether you'll recognize the difference between blue and green -- especially when illumination is poor -- a VERY common situation for electricians.

Such an error in the field would lead to injury or death -- to you -- or the guy standing next to you.

The test is not given capriciously.

With those dot test, i am red green color blind but i can distinguish between colors
