Default Converter emergency led ballast

Hi I am changing som converter emergency ballasts , I have realised I swooped neutral with line the fixtures it still working, the emergency light is coming up if I turn of mcb. I was wondering if I can live like that or connect them in a right position

Sure... You guys drive on the opposite side of the road, so why not wire opposite too?

Thanks I will, I was wandering if the ballast not being damaged, it shouldn't be it ac
Regarding driving on the opposite side.. I wasn't borne in Uk so it's not my choice

What do the manufacturers instructions say ?
If they are specific about the polarity,
then I would say better to do it their way.
if they are not specific about the polarity
then I would not worry too much.

How many did you do that way? Will you get fired if the boss finds out? Does it bother you that you had only one job, and ...............only two wires, and...........did you get paid for it?
