Default Electric Wall Heater

Hello All,

Just wondering if anyone has ever installed a " Qmark LFK484 Fan Forced Electric Wall Heaters (240volts) • 4,800 watts (16,382 BTU’s)
• 240 Volts hard wired
• 20.9 Amps

I have someone that wants to heat their garage and this is the heater they chose. I suppose it will do the job. I was going to install a new breaker and run it to the main panel but my buddy said I would be better off running to the panel outside.

Any opinions on this one?

Thanks
