Wow, A keyhole saw just seems crazy. My arms always get so tired.

Too much dust. A holesaw and dustbowl is the only way.

Have you never had to enlarge some down light holes to fit new fittings ?
And wished there was an easier way ?
This would make it easier.

Yes, threading a holesaw inside of another one is a great way to enlarge a hole.
