Default Exposed wire against outside of house. ID and info needed.

Not sure what it is or what to do with it.
Notice the conduit by it.

There used to be a pool in the yard if that helps. There's also an underground sprinkler system which has been deactivated years ago. I taped off all the ends seperately. None shocked me.

Had to use photobucket for photos: http://s1272.photobucket.com/user/ja...37147302091231

Thanks.
