Default Greenlee peeling

I just got this kit and opened it up to find the 2Ē punch coating is peeling away. Have any of you guys had this happen?

You could be right, it seams legit though. Iím sending it back since the return button doesnít actually open the draw stud.

Wow, that looks like the hood of my Chevy Van.

Those should have been anodized not dipped or whatever that is.

Tesla will be by shortly to explain the history of metallic coatings and why the Red Chinese fail so miserably at it.

I would send it back and explain why you are sending it back.


That should never be flaking like that ., did you order it from the supply house or one of the large mail order places ?

if the latter it can be counterfit peice.

that why I always get tools from well knowen source escpally you will part a good chunk of money on that.

Ive seen things like cheap box wrenches scale like that.
I thought it did that after you used it.
Right out of the box, I dont know.
They all are going to look like crap after you use them for a while.
Me, I wouldn't bother sending it back.
