I'm sorry for the quality of pictures, but I've got a feeling my brother has been trying to either electrocute me to death or cause severe confusion. It has been going on 8 months. I just found this yesterday.

No other lights are like that in the 1st pic, and idk about electric stuff but I'm pretty sure one light surely doesn't require so much wiring?

2nd pic, it seems a telephone cord is tapped into our electricity and it bypasses the electric box, so when I kill all electricity, you can still feel the electricity go through you/the house....
