Might've been here that I learned it, but apparently in places up north, where it is consistently very cold, it's not unheard of to intentionally under-size oil-cooled transformers, where they can safely be run at 150-200% capacity because they're actually engineered for an ambient temp of 104°.
Not true for here. Our transformers are still rated at 55 degC rise over ambient
