Thanks, I will need it. I kicked ass on the house in a few months but I burned myself out and now I am having trouble getting remotivated to tackle the acre of landscaping/pool whatever. It's a blank slate so It's taking forever to finalize my plans. Plus it's like 150 degrees here.

With temps like that the only rush I'd be in is to get into the a/c.

Take your time with the exterior stuff, why rush it.

That's pretty much what I think , since I finished building my house in 2000 and haven't bothered to so much as plant one blade of grass or throw a bush on the property if it wasn't there already.
