i agree. SFL gets on here. he thinks he knows everything about everything. first rule of business (especially ours) is if you touch, its your baby. HO's trust us to do our job right.
unlike you, i don't do my job right every time. every now and then, i'll miss one. i'm human though. there's even been times where i was right and the customer was wrong. i had a customer who called one time to fix a bunch of mr16's. he had the wrong voltage, wrong wattage, etc. after i told all he needed was lamps, he went nuts and told me he didn't understand. it happens.
but you're kinda stupid for coming on here seeking advice from others. and then when you don't hear what you want, you argue to death. who effen cares if you were right or not?
i can guarantee you one thing. you won't' last long in this business with the mentality you have. in fact, i'm surprised you have made it this far without someone kicking you in the nuts.
