Default Living room refresh.

Almost done refreshing my living room & dining room.
3 pack of LED lights were $18, both med & candelabra based.
A 3M thermostat, model 3M50, for $100. It's WiFi enabled and has an online screen to program. Also an App for the IPhone to see & change settings.
2 sconces and 2 picture lights. A large paddle ceiling fan. New LED strip lighting in the dining room hutch, small curio hutch, Grandfather clock and will put one in a wine hutch when it's delivered.
A new 4 gang switch box for the fan, dining room light, switched receptacles and picture lights/sconces/hutches.

it's nice you put lights in, but who wants to look at that couch ? I recommend new couch and also maybe a stripper pole in that room. you need a laser in the corner too, for the light show. hole for switch box was cut waaaay too big. there should be dead animal heads hanging on the wall.

I agree, new white leather couch will be arriving soon.
Pole is in basement were its cooler. Who wants a sweaty stripper.
Big hole is due to my first try at running Romex, that stuff stinks.
The laser in the corner would only show how badly I cut the paint in. I hate painting.
The animal's head was watching from around the corner. She was waiting for me to try and reach the hall light up at the 16' level.

Ok, I like sweaty strippers also.
But like running Romex I was embarrassed to admit it.

Yup they are less than $10 and they will strip wire from #8 on up and you really don't need the adjustment screw,,Just practice with them to get a feel for them and you will love them.

They strip the old cloth covered rubber coated wire perfect.

I have an old pair in my basement. Works great for long duration trim outs and fire alarm installs.
