What do you guys think of these two tools? I just bought the kit, should be here in about a week. Any of you use it or heard of it?

I just bought one a few weeks ago but haven't used it other than to show people. Looks good to me.

I saw in the search there was some people a few years back who got the Magnee pull they weren't fans. But I do wonder if more people have gotten it by now.

I was bored browsing on TechToolSupply and pulled the trigger and bought the kit, could of paid some other things off but I decided to go for a new toy. Hopefully between the two devices It'll help save me some labor?

Well, maybe you and Dennis can collaborate and do the first product test of this then publish it here.

Any reasons why?

Product doesn't work?
No need for it?
Easier to use fish rods?
Stuck in old ways / methods?

Hopefully the magnespot will be worth it, i suppose I can always return it.

I'm pulling wires all the time. When you get done if you don't like it I'll pay for the shipping if you want to send it to me. After a few weeks, You can pay to ship it back and I'll give you my views. You can keep the spot, I'm wanting to try the pull.

I've never been in a situation where old school wiring methods wouldn't work.

There is most likely a situation where the Magnepull is of use, I have never encounter that situation.

I like our magnapull. I've used it for some difficult stuff where I have access two two sides but can't see in between for one reason or another one example was on a covered porch we added lights but it wrapped eh house so we hooked up the magnets on the end of fishs ticks and pushed the to each other and bam . Snapped together and we pulled it out with string. I've also fished things that have fallen somewhere I can't get with it. Worth the hundred just to have, I also have rac a tier javelin

I use the magna pull quite a bit. I can do a receptacle add in an insulated wall faster with it than with fish sticks. It takes talent to use with steel studs, but that's just a skill you gotta learn. Using it to fish a wire between floors around a corner will make your client think you are a god (totally lucked out on floor joist direction that day).

I do a decent amount of fishing and would be interested in hearing how well it does. Let us know what you think.
