Default Medium Voltage Training?

Has anyone taken any medium voltage training that was worth the price? I'm looking at taking the Technical Training Groups 2-day seminar later this year.

Nobody every died from learning too much.

I know that Jim writes for NEC Digest sometimes, so he seems okay to me.
