Default Medium Voltage Training?

Has anyone taken any medium voltage training that was worth the price? I'm looking at taking the Technical Training Groups 2-day seminar later this year.

I know that Jim writes for NEC Digest sometimes, so he seems okay to me.

AVO has some classes also, a friend of mine sends his tech's there. The only think I have used AVO Training for was battery training for new Techs.
