Yes, it will. One of the guys took pictures of the trench apparently. I wasn't involved or even outside when that got discussed.

No it's just his Kline tape measure stopped working. Otherwise the trench would have been compliant!

They put it in conduit, it'll be fine,, I fixed a hack-o-rama in the summer that had a 480 delta and 240-120 directly buried in a trench. Bad news was it was THHN and a lone run of THW. Blew hard enough to clear 20 amp fuses in our sub-station.
