What's the minimum lighting level outside a nursing home. I've searched and seen 5 fc per osha and 1 fc for egress. It seems like there would be a standard for exterior lighting that had nothing to do with egress in an outage.
No zoning in this town. I googled for 30 minutes and read about egress lighting or regulations in certain places but what they need is a standard to justify the project to management.
The loading dock could be bright and the front entry Sallyport should be...
But absent an emergency condition I can't see any need for (or imagine the residents wanting) any more light than is at most residences (iow very little).
