Default Old work in exterior walls

Hey everyone just wondering what methods you use to maintain the vapor barrier when cutting in a new box in an insulated and vapor barrier wall? Is there an old work box that is also air seal?

Thanks guys I used to work with before becoming a journeyman used to just shove a vapour barrier in the hole but I never thought that was right . Now that I make my own decisions I was looking for a better way
