Hi everyone i have a question , i am going to hook up a generator for back up power in case the power goes out, i will be doing this from our detached pole barn which has a sub panel that is fed from the house. The Generator is 220 so all i would have to do is put a 220 outlet in the barn and turn the main off in the house? Right?
