Default "Single Phase" license exam prep?

In my jurisdiction (Rochester, NY) there are two kinds of license available: Masterís, and Single Phase, with ProMetric testing based on the 2008 code. I will be taking the exam in January for the Single Phase license.

The conventional kinds of exam prep available seem to be either of the Masters v Journeyman (like Mike Holt's), or the Masters v Residential type (various).

I took this test once in 1980. I had some career changes and my license expired, and now I need to take the exam again. Given my situation, and the "Single Phase" test, what exam prep would you recommend?

THANKS.

I wish it was like that here.

To make things even less clear, the Prometric "admit letter" tells me I'll be taking the "Master Residential Electrical" exam, code 20313. "Master" and "Residential" in the same sentence seems to suggest some kind of hybrid. They offer no additional information, or practice tests etc, on their website.
