Are the standard QO breakers compatible with the new Plug-On panels??

Yes...no difference on standard breakers. (Assuming you're referring to plug-on neutrals with SqD). QOT / tandems will not fit the plug-on neutral panels.

You can use old style pigtailed AFI/CAFI in the new plug-on neutral panels--of course having to make up the tail.

You cannot use "P" suffixed breakers in the old panels.
