1. Whats the temperature of the CB?
2. What is the ambient temperature?
2. What is the load on the CB?
3. What is the FOP of the CB?

ALWAYS considerations you need to take into account when perform IR and giving advice on IR.

That said AFCI's run warm, I do not believe GFCI have any temperature issues when unloaded.

If you're talking the very far left of the panel, it is the door catch. Any bare (chrome like) metal shows that.

The HI hasn't removed the panel cover.

The major problem is that the HI hasn't turned on the temperature reading setting, so we are all guessing at an actual temperature reading as Brian John has previously mentioned.
electricguy and samgregger like this.
